Falmouth Hospital Breast Cancer Support Group:

This group meets at the Falmouth Hospital - Maternity Conference Room the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of every month from 1 pm to 2:30 pm. This is an ongoing support group for woman at all stages of diagnosis, treatment and recovery. Facilitated by Falmouth Hospital's Breast Care Nurse Coordinator. Free.

Good Samaritan Medical Center:

508-427-3898. General cancer support group meets from 3 to 4 p.m. on the second and last Wednesdays of each month Medical Center main campus. The group is open to people living with cancer, their caregivers, and other survivors.

Jordan Hospital:

Cancer support group meets from 11 a.m. to noon on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month in the Cancer Center. This drop-in support group is for all types of cancer patients and their caregivers.

Norwood Hospital:

781-278-6295. Free support group for breast cancer survivors. Meets 7:30 to 9 p.m. every Monday. The group has existed for 21 years.

Pathways, Center for Cancer Support:

781-829-4823. This organization works in conjunction with the medical community to provide a physical, emotional, and spiritual support system to those with cancer and their caregivers. Patients receive counseling, massage therapy, acupuncture, yoga, support groups, educational workshops, and more.
Quincy Medical Center:

Support group meets on the first and third Wednesdays of each month from 7:30 to 9 p.m. The group is for people living with breast cancer. It is open to individuals with a cancer diagnosis, their families, and friends.

Wellness Community - Massachusetts South Shore, Hanover:

781-829-4823. Breast cancer networking group meets monthly during the daytime. Newcomers are welcome to attend center orientation at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesdays.

Breast Form Fund:

There is a great need to offer financial assistance for breast prostheses and post mastectomy bras for women who had either no insurance, or were underinsured. The BFF offers assistance to women of all ages and cultural backgrounds in Massachusetts.

Chat Program:
617-732-5759. Office for Women at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Family and Community Programs, 1620 Tremont Street, Boston, MA 02120. This program helps eligible women in Massachusetts to pay for necessary services and treatment related to their breast cancer diagnosis.

Learn, Live, Love:

This organization provides financial assistance to women and families in local communities who are coping with cancer. It is an excellent place to find resources, information, networking options and personal support.
